Tailor-made development,
from concept to feasibility
Each project starts with a detailed feasibility study carried out by our engineering team in close collaboration with TT LAB and the customer.
From recipe development to process definition, we support manufacturers in creating tailor-made solutions, including product testing, ingredient selection and process optimization. Confidentiality is guaranteed through NDA agreements, ensuring full protection of the customer’s know-how.
Engineering and in-house production
Once the project is approved, TT Italy designs and manufactures the entire system, integrating mechanical, electrical and software engineering.
All components of our industrial bakery process lines are developed in-house:
- mechanical production and assembly;
- electrical systems;
- proprietary software and automation.
This internal control ensures maximum reliability, flexibility and consistency across all turnkey solutions.
Assembly, testing and validation
Before delivery, each line undergoes complete assembly and testing at TT Italy facilities.Mechanical performance, electrical systems and software are fully validated to ensure optimal process control, stability and consistency. This phase guarantees that every system meets the highest standards of the baking industry before installation.
Installation, training
and start-up
Installation at the customer’s site is followed by final commissioning and start-up, supported by TT LAB.
Our team provides comprehensive training programs covering:
- product formulation and food technology;
- machine operation and process management.
This ensures that operators can fully control the production process and achieve the desired product quality from day one.
