Our industrial Celebration Cake Line is dedicated to dressing, forming, coating and decorating round or square cakes according to the format requested. The line is designed to be flexible and to proceed by steps. It is capable to automatically apply decoration on top and on the side of the cake. The involvement of operators is only required for placements of the cake bases.

CARTON TRAY DISPENSER
First step dedicated to feed the bottom support automatically. An operator manually places the first layer of the cake on the carton.

SYRUP DISPENSER
The syrup is applied automatically on the bottom layer of the cake.

CREAM DISPENSER
The cream is applied automatically on the bottom layer of the cake.

CAKE VERTICAL ALIGNER
After the second layer of the cake is placed by the operator, the Cake Aligner levels the cake layer. Syrup and cream deposit are the following steps, and this operation is repeated up to four times depending on the desired number of layers in the cake.

VOLUMETRIC PERIPHERAL ICING DISPENSER FOR ROUND CAKE BASE
This system is engineered to distribute a precisely dosed quantity of icing cream on the external part of the round cake, coating side and top simultaneously with base icing. System equipped with product-presence reading for accurate operation and reduced waste. Dosing accuracy with volumetric dosing pistons, with precision adjustments.

VOLUMETRIC SIDE COATING STATION FOR SQUARE CAKE BASE
This system is engineered to distribute a precisely dosed quantity of icing cream on the external part of the square cake, coating side and top simultaneously with base icing. System equipped with product-presence reading for accurate operation and reduced waste. Dosing accuracy is ensured by volumetric dosing pistons, with precision adjustments.

90° ROTATION STATION FOR SQUARE CAKE BASE
Upon activation, the system raises the cake, detaching it from the transport conveyor, rotates by 90°and lowers the cake back to the transport conveyor. This system permits that the other two sides of the square cakes are coated with icing and decorated.

GRANULAR SIDE DECORATION APPLICATION
Granular dry ingredients are automatically applied to the side of a base-iced round and square cake. The system consists of a hopper for product loading, equipped with motorized system to regulate the product flow according to the customer requests and a conveyor to accelerate the granular product towards the cake side. A deflector surface is used to adjust the spread of the accelerated crumbs/topping.A crumb catching tray is applicated below.

GRANULAR TOP DECORATION APPLICATION
System engineered to automatically apply granular dry ingredients on top of the cake. TT Italy’s Granular Top Application is made of a hopper equipped with vibration system to regulate the product flow according to customer requests. A crumb catching tray is applicated below.

PERIPHERAL DECORATOR TOP&BASE FOR ROUND AND SQUARE BASE
TT Italy’s Decorator deposits the cream in an intermittent pattern for horizontal dollop decoration on the external part of the round and square cake. It is capable of two simultaneous deposits, one on the foot of the cake and the one on top. The system is equipped with product presence reading for accurate operation and reduced waste. Dosing accuracy with double motorized volumetric dosing piston, with precision adjustments.
