All key elements are Made in Italy. Baking chambers are manufactured in aluminized steel to ensure resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, and are fully clad in stainless steel. All MI BAKERY ovens are designed to communicate directly with TT Italy process lines via PLC, ensuring continuous balancing and automatic process control and adjustment.

Cyclothermic tunnel oven

The Cyclothermic tunnel oven is the most traditional and widely used solution in the industrial bakery and baking industry for products such as layer cakes, deposited cakes and Swiss rolls. Baking occurs through indirect radiant heat, allowing efficient heat recovery and delicate product treatment.
Humidity extraction is managed through adjustable dampers, enabling precise control of final product moisture. Thanks to efficient thermal design and high-performance insulation, fuel consumption is kept to a minimum.
Process visualization and recipe management are handled via a single touch screen, ensuring consistent quality and fast changeovers within modern industrial bakery process technology.

Convection tunnel oven

The Convection tunnel oven is ideal for deposited and soft batter products where productivity and baking speed are critical in industrial bakery production lines. Heat is distributed through pressurized air chambers positioned above and below the conveyor belt, each independently controlled for optimal airflow balance.
This configuration enables fast baking times, low energy consumption and excellent browning uniformity, while effectively removing excess moisture during the food processing cycle. The fan system is positioned under the inverter to ensure stable and precise regulation.

Direct tunnel oven

The Direct tunnel oven is designed for high-temperature applications requiring flexibility and consistent product quality in industrial bakery food processing. Heat is generated directly inside the baking chamber through burners positioned above and below the conveyor.
This configuration ensures excellent thermal responsiveness and ease of operation and cleaning.
The oven is equipped with advanced safety systems and complies with international safety standards. Precise process control allows fast recipe changes and stable production results.
