Cooling conveyor
The cooling conveyor is placed at the exit of the oven, and it can be either elevated or under the oven.
The structure is made of stainless steel just like the transportation net. Underneath it there are trays that collect crumbs. The running rail of the cooling conveyor is made of plastic resin staves for a better scrolling. At the end of it there is a drum with a carrier conveyor for the overturning of the cake and next deposit on the work bench.
