The brush is placed at the beginning of the workbench and it is used to pick up and take off the remaining peels from the cake which have been produced during the cooking process.
The set of rotating blades is used for longitudinal cuts of the cake so that it can be used to produce the various products for which it is made.
Specific measures of cuts are made for each type of product.
