With manual control flowmeter
The operator sets manually, through a potentiometer the turning speed of the pump to allow the flow rate of product (0 – 100%). The regulation of emulsifier degree is done manually adjusting the gas flow to inject in the turbo emulsifier using the valve (A fig. 02). The flow meter is equipped with a graduated scale (B fig. 02) where values are expressed in lt/’, in which in correspondence of fluctuate sphere (C fig. 2) is represented the quantity of gas dosed in exit.
To keep controlled the formula it is necessary to check its density measuring the weight of the treated product using little cups with defined volume.
With manual control Thermal Mass
The operator sets manually, through an electrical potentiometer the turning speed of the pump to allow the flow rate of product (0 – 100%). The regulation of emulsifier degree is done by acting on an electric potentiometer that defines the opening and closing of the automatic valve (fig. 04). A display shows the value of gas injected in the aeration head expressed in lt/’. In comparison of flow meter system with the thermal mass control is possible to achieve a great precision with a definition of a tenth lt/’. To keep controlled the formula it is necessary to check its density measuring the weight of the treated product using little cups with defined volume.
With Thermal Mass e PLC
The operator, through an operating touch screen panel, selects from the memorized recipes the production parameters.
It has the possibility to modify the settings of speed and course. The system is able to keep the same percentage of gas required at the changing of pump speed.
To keep controlled the formula it is necessary to check its density measuring the weight of the treated product using little cups with defined volume.
With Thermal Mass , Magnetic Flow Meter e PLC
The operator, through an operating touch screen panel, selects from the memorized recipes the production parameters.
It has the possibility to modify the settings of speed and course. The system is able to keep the same percentage of gas required at the changing of flow measured through the Magnetic Flow Meter, values expressed in lt./hr (Fig.07).
