NITROGEN APPLICATION IN THE AERATOR FOR BATTER OR CREAM

Instead of inserting filtered air taken from the atmosphere, our technology suggests the use of nitrogen injected into the batter (produced by an appropriate machine included in our product supplies) with a semi-automatic thermal electronic regulator, that allows the regulation of the static gas flow, with a precision of up to one tenth of a litre per minute.
The machine that produces nitrogen, GNL T2 type, is suitable to produce a continuous flow of pure nitrogen.

The generator works according to the so called PSA system (Pressure Swing Absorption) to produce nitrogen from compressed air filtration.
The system consists in two series of extruded aluminium towers, filled up with “molecular sieve” in order to absorb the oxygen molecules.
A pre-treated compressed air flow runs through the towers from the bottom towards the top.

The oxygen is absorbed by the carbon molecular sieves, while the nitrogen on top of the towers is collected in a buffer vessel, ready for use.
One series of columns keeps on working for a pre set period of time and once it is almost saturated with absorbed gases, the system automatically activates another series of columns into a regenerative mode, while the contents of the first series is vented out into the atmosphere.
Seems as the nitrogen generator is static and functions with filtered air it doesn’t require any kind of maintenance after installation.

The great advantage of using nitrogen, which appears in the atmosphere in great abundance, instead of compressed air even though filtered, is that by being inactive it doesn’t trigger any type of oxidation risk in the product. This phenomenon would occur instead if air had been used that contained oxygen instead, which appears in about 20% of the remaining part.
The chain reaction between oxygen and lipids, called lipid oxidation has a key role in nutrition.
It represents, in fact, the main cause of aroma, taste and appearance deterioration and even of consistency and texture. It also causes quality and food nutritional security deterioration.

By using a carbon molecular sieves generator,  high quality and purity nitrogen is obtained.
Its best use is in the pharmaceuticals, food and laboratory sector
