The Coolwhipper (continuous emulsifier) is engineered to emulsify cream thru air or a specific gas to obtain reduction on specific weight. Ideal to emulsify creams, spongecake, mixes for muffin, maddeleines, plum cakes, cakes, mousse, glazes etc...
It is built in different measurements according to the use and production capacity for which it will be used. According to the version, the injection of the air can come with manual or electronic regulation.
