SPONGE ROLLER DEPOSITOR

Roller extruder for the basic sponge cake batter.
The extruder is made with valuable materials such as stainless steel and anodised aluminium.

It is made up of a hopper which serves to contain the mixture and of an extracting roller moved by an inverter which when slicing creates a layer of batter that falls on the conveyor of the oven.

The slice produced can be regulated in width and thickness. The machine comes with an indipendent stainless steel electronic controller. The extruder can be applied to lines that go from 600 to 1200 mm.
