
COOLING CONVEYOR WITH OVERTURING DEVICE
The cooling conveyor is placed at the exit of the oven.
The structure is made of stainless steel just like the conveyor net.
Underneath it there are trays that collect crumbs. The running rail of the cooling conveyor is made of plastic resin slideways for a better scrolling.
At the end of it there is a drum with a carrier conveyor for the overtuning of the cake and next deposit on the workbench.
