
BATTER AND CREAM PREPARATION
The premixing devices are made in various sizes depending on the production they are made for; the mixing blades are placed on the horizontal rotating axe for sponge cake batter. In the tank of the premixer for cream there is a double jacket for the heating.
The turbo emulsifier (our brand Coolwhipper) is thought to emulsify cream through air to obtain reduction on specific weight. It can be used for cream and for liquid mixtures, it is made in different sizes according to the use and production capacity for which it will be used.
According to the type, the injection of gas can be done manually or electronically.
